Scope / Summary
This $130 million high school is built on 65 acres and is comprised of 10 separate buildings, including: a 35,000 sq. ft. theatre, 16,000 sq. ft. library, 57,000 sq. ft. gymnasium, 8,000 sq. ft. cafeteria kitchen, and 126,000 sq. ft. of classroom space. Other amenities include an Olympic-size swimming pool and pool building, six basketball courts, eight tennis courts, softball, baseball, and soccer fields, and a cast in place football stadium bleachers. The campus’ 328,000 square feet of site paving utilized traditional grey concrete integrated with colored concrete, exposed aggregate and a sand blast finishes. Other site work consisted of ADA switchback ramps, CIP retaining walls, seat walls, stairs and curb and gutter.
