Palermo Apartments, a 225-unit complex on the full block bordered by Front, Beech, and Cedar streets. The project was built as apartments but was recently converted to condominiums. The six-story, 365,000-square-foot wood-framed facility is built over a 300-space concrete parking garage and features lush landscaping, rooftop decks, a pool and spa, views of the bay and downtown, and an exercise facility.
