Poway Unified School District utilized Prop U funds to build and modernize the Mt. Carmel High School – Phase 3 project. The phasing challenges of performing such sizeable modifications to an existing “active” facility required the careful planning and consideration of the entire project team. Our team worked with the construction manager and site administration to ensure the job progressed smoothly. The school’s large 63 acre site received new fire lanes, site paving throughout the campus, and a centralized plaza area including a new large trellis structure.
