The adaptive redevelopment of the existing Industrial Technology Center T Building included over 13,000 sf of structural slab replacement as well as two additions to the existing structure. The entire site was cleared and graded to make way for the newly re-designed front entrance which included CIP benches, walls, and asphalt and concrete paving.
