UC San Diego’s Center for Novel Therapeutics is a new 137,500-square-foot facility spanning 30-acre’s and containing noteworthy institutions. This $95 million dollar project will be San Diego’s newest oncology research center and is expected to achieve LEED Gold Certification. Rocky Coast Builders performed miscellaneous rough carpentry on this project, including a second-floor bridge that was installed by crane.
